How we work.
No fee for initial consultation / meeting.
Agree extent of scope of services required.
Once agreement for extent of services given, initial design prepared for approval.
Once design approved, local authority applications made as required.
All approvals obtained.
Plans can be prepared either on paper or digital for viewing.
Local Authority and Structural Engineers costs to be paid separately to architects fees.
Terms and conditions document available on request which depends upon services required.
